1. Controller

Natalia Roszkiewicz. Contact is available through the website contact form. The complete legal address must be added in config/app.php before public launch.

2. Hosting and server logs

The hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser and operating system to operate and protect the website.

3. First-party analytics

The website uses self-hosted analytics only. Page views, section views, clicks, downloads, AI usage, language, viewport and campaign parameters may be recorded. Raw IP addresses are not stored; only a shortened server-side hash is used. No fingerprinting is performed.

4. Natalia AI

No request is processed before a user submits a question. With configured API keys, questions may be sent server-side to Mistral AI. Users should not enter confidential, personal or internal company data. Without API keys, the system uses a local demo mode.

5. Contact form

Contact details are stored in the protected server area to process the request. Data is not sold to advertisers or used for advertising.

6. Cookies and local storage

Technically necessary session cookies, a language preference and local identifiers for anonymous session and returning-visitor recognition are used.

7. Rights

Data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
